I’ve been told by several probation and jail officials that with all my medical problems I would be a burden on the county jail. What can i do to get a suspended sentence for medical reasons?

most jails now have their clinics and sick cells to handle the run of the mill ailments. if you require hospitalization they will send you. if the hospital doesn’t have a jail ward they will handcuff you to the bed unless you are a high profile case, then you will get your own personal guard.

Burden? They won’t give but bare bones treatment. You should think before you do things that are unlawful.
