About medical insurance, nowadays most companies provide this service to the employees. Otherwise, check out the names of companies below and call them to see how much it costs (prices differ depending on the type of coverage):

As for accommodation, depends if you wanna live away from work or not. BD300/- is reasonable for a 2-bedroom flat in relatively good areas. In expensive areas, similar flats reach upto BD600/- per month.
