Is it fair for big medical insurance companies to give it’s paying subscribers the boot?

If your paying for medical insurance, and the company decides to end your contract because of your illness, is it fair?

    That doesn’t happen in the US. Health insurance companies can’t cancel you due to claims. As long as you keep paying the bill, and they don’t go out of business, you’re covered.

    If you are being dropped because of an illness, and you did not lie on the application, contact the Insurance Commissioner in you state, this is too big for you to fight without state help.

    They cannot do this to you legally, there must be some other reason you don’t know about. You should have been notified in writing.
