I just called my doctor to set up an annual exam and the woman on the phone said the office was “tier two” with my insurance company. What does this mean? Will I have to pay out of pocket?

I had a medical abortion 6 weeks ago today. I still haven’t had a normal period and there are no signs of it coming. I’m just curious about when it came back for most other women.
