My parents from India will be visiting me in UK, where I live, for about 6 months.

1. I would like to know do they need to purchase medical insurance for their stay here in UK for these 6 months?
2. Where do I go if I need medical assistance when they are here? Can I go to any hospital where we go? What documents would be required for their treatment?
3. If yes, can somebody tell me how much it costs for a person about 70 years of age ? And when can I buy it from?
