There is still going to be some money out of pocket, but I think they cover about half of the cost if I'm not mistaken. We have Metlife Dental PPO through my husband's work and it's at the highest level. I know different employers offer different packages, so I don't know how easy it is to customize it to your needs, but you should definitely check into it because dental work isn't cheap!!!
